Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color.

Should a timed delivery be requested we will Endeavor to comply with a request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request.

For same day delivery, we must receive your Order Form by 13:00 (1 pm) Sydney Time. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays(exception Mothers day).

For any complaints or flower issues we need to receive notice within 48hours at the max time frame. this is a perishable good, so flowers need to be shown in physical condition they were delivered in and any photo evidence as well. we can not offer any refund after this period as the condition of how they have been cared for is comprised.

All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for local delivery only.

1.2 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. florals such as lily's and sunflowers, tulips and alstroemeria for example.

1.3 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
